The SAMDA Skills Delivery Services

The SAMDA mission is to develop managerial skills through various learning and development advisory services as well as learning and development clinics.

The Learning and Development Advisory Services will revolve around the following areas: Development of Learning and Development Policies; Diagnosis of Learning and Development Needs; Designing of Learning and Development Plans; Translation of Training Needs into Learning Deliverables; Delivery Systems and Process Quality Development;Coaching for Trainer Capability Enhancement; Evaluation of Learning and Development Role and Responsibilities; Learning and Development Impact assessment methodologies

The Managerial Skills Development Advisory Services are available in the areas of Skills Needs Identification Methods; Knowledge to Skills Conversion Methods; Role-Skills Diagnostic Mapping; Role-Skills Matching Methodologies;Individual Role-Skills Fit Diagnosis; Individual Role-Skills Mentoring; Performance Improvement- Skills Needs Analysis.

The Managerial Skill Development Clinics are available both in the open registration as well as customized education formats. Each L & D episode may be of 1 or 2 or 3 day/days duration depending on need and demand. Each day will be made up of four 90 minute sessions. Each skill development episode will have five learning facilitation elements:

  • Skill Development Experiential Learning Simulation Exercise
  • Skill Review and Reinforcement
  • Skill Improvement Action Plan
